How to Pay Your Metro PCS Bill Online?

If you are a customer of Metro PCS wireless services, you must know that it is possible for you to pay off your bill online, without having to fill out any kind of physical paperwork. Below, you will find more information on the pay bill online feature.

How to sign up for a Metro PCS online account?

If you are going to be paying bills online, you first need to sign up for an online account. Sign up is free. You just need the right credentials to sign up. Once you go to the site, just click on Manage your account and then click on the big button that says “Sign Up”.

We will assume that you have a Metro PCS number to sign up. Once you hit sign up, you will be asked to provide a username, password, email and will also be asked to select a secret question and answer, for security purposes.

You will then need to enter your Metro PCS number. After entering your Metro PCS number, you will be asked for a verification code. To have the verification code sent to your phone, as an SMS, just hit the Send Verification button that you see on your screen. The SMS you receive will have an 8 digit code that you will need to enter on the sign up screen, to complete your registration process.

Once you have provided all this information, your Metro PCS account is good to go.

Paying your bills online

Once you have created your account, you will be able to view your wireless phone account online. You can see past statements, current dues, transaction histories and even access electronic statements from your past months, to see details like calls you have made, to what numbers etc.

The system will conveniently provide you with an option to pay off the current dues, by giving you a button that says “Pay Now”. Once you click on that, you will be taken to an encrypted portal where you can use your bank account, credit card account or other means of payment to pay off your bill.

Extra features available at Metro PCSs Online Site

In addition to the very popular pay bill online feature, the online account will also give you access to eWallet, a simplified way to make payments. You will also have access to a feature called Bill Float, a program that allows you to pay off your bill after a 30 day delay or credit period, should you need such an extension.
